Swift Movement sales terms and conditions

Please check postage costs carefully as Rural Delivery addresses carry an extra charge.

 

Please notify Swift Movement within 5 days of purchase if you are wishing to exchange an item. Items must then be returned within 14 days of purchase.

 

Please check sizing carefully as items which have had tags removed and have been worn cannot be returned.

 

Goods can be exchanged for other goods or a Credit note, no refunds will be issued. Proof of purchase is required also.

Deposits due to 'change of mind' are non refundable.

 

If exchanging or applying for a refund of an item the purchaser will need to pay the postage costs involved.

 

Swift Movement has the right to refuse to exchange an item if it finds the item to be in non-retail condition. Goods must be in the same condition as they were in the shop.

 

All 'special order' items cannot be returned as these items are customer specific. Sizing of special orders must be checked and signed off by the customer before ordering. A sample piece of clothing must be tried on to determine sizing as measurements alone are not sufficient for our suppliers.

 

Upon completing a sale where the customer has tried on the item before purchase the item cannot be returned unless there is a sewing fault with the garment.

 

Payment must be made in full before receiving goods.

 

Layby payments are not accepted.

 

Any communications with suppliers for orders must be done through Swift Movement and cannot be done directly to supplier unless authorised by Swift Movement staff.
